As you know the sanding belt in better quality than the normal sanding paper. I made a block to fit the sanding belt but I made it a little bit smaller and when I push the dowel or other piece of wood, it stretches the sanding belt. The rounded edges of the block can fit to round places

Another sanding block on the 4th pic...I removed the clips from a cheap sanding block and screw them on my dimensions blocks (I made a few, it's a $1 sanding block).
